A new year marks an opportunity for rebirth!
Have you journaled your resolutions? Have you set your intensions?
Our 5 Steps to Achieving Resolutions or Any Set of Goals Are:
1. Get clear on what goals you’d like to attain or continue? Be specific!
2. Understand your intentions behind those goals. Having intensions will cement the goals.
3. Write down your thoughts. If there are multiple ideas and goals, we recommend writing them down 1 per page. 1 per page eliminates being overwhelmed and not following through. 😀
4. Create a detailed timeline that you must follow explicitly. The How, When, Where.
5. Finally, JUST DO!
